What I Wish I Knew When We First Launched This Podcast: Like we said as we recapped our 200th episode, we picked high quality guests intentionally, and the content reflects these high caliber speakers. I still listen to these older episodes, and always pick something of value from each one. There’s so much content that’s been covered, and while I can’t mention every episode, you can always go back and scroll through the website and pick episodes that stand out to you when looking for something new to learn. As we are now well into our 7th season, with a focus on brain health and well-being this year, it hit me while recording our 200th episode, that it would be helpful to take a look back and review the top lessons learned since launching this podcast over three years ago.
